Dr Susan Hawken is now working Friday afternoons at Browns Bay Medical Centre.

Susan graduated from the Auckland Medical School in 1989 and completed a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1991. She then trained and worked as a general practitioner both in Tauranga and Auckland. She has extensive Family Planning experience and has a special interest in women’s and children’s health. She has been a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners since 1998 and currently also works at the Auckland Medical School.

Susan is married with 2 children and lives on the North Shore.
