Trudy is married with 3 children and lives on the North Shore.
 
She graduated from the Auckland Medical School in 1986 and completed a Diploma of Obstetrics in 1987.
 
She has been part of the team at Browns Bay Medical Centre since 1990 and is a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.
 
Her special interests include womens and childrens health. She is also actively involved in health care for older people at both rest home and hospital level.
