Browns Bay Medical Centre is fortunate to have a strong team of reception and clerical staff.
 
Ray, Robyn, Trudi and Kathryn share telephone, reception and clerical tasks. They are the friendly faces at the front desk. Jane is our accountant and relief receptionist.

We welcome Kathryn on the desk. Kathryn is learning the complex role of medical reception so please be patient. Kathryn replaces Sharyn who has started nursing training.

They know how to make you the right appointment and to direct you to the practice nurses when necessary. They are also the first point of call for account queries etc.
