“Standard GP consultations are 15 minutes. Please note GPs can safely address 1-2 medical issues in this time. If you have multiple/complex medical issues you may be asked to rebook another appointment. Alternatively please book a double appointment in advance (extended consult charges may apply)”.

Repeat prescriptions
We encourage patients to join our patient portal (click on link for portal consent form) to order their repeat prescriptions.
When requesting your regular medication by phone please be sure to list:
your full name and address
the exact medication and quantities you need
We will only make appointments by email for those with severe hearing loss.
