RECEPTION AND CLERICAL TEAM

Browns Bay Medical Centre is fortunate to have a dedicated and experienced administration team.

You will meet our reception team — Lisa and Arriy at our front desk and over the phone. They are often the first point of contact for our patients and are skilled at assisting with appointments, directing enquiries, and connecting patients with the appropriate member of our clinical team.

Our Medical Administration team — Sunelle, Kayla, and Nereine — provide essential support behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of the practice. Their responsibilities include managing patient communications, processing clinical documentation, coordinating administrative tasks, assisting with account enquiries, and supporting both patients and clinicians.

Robyn oversees our accounts administration, and we are also supported by Linda, our wonderful relief receptionist, who assists the team when needed.

Together, our reception, administration, and accounts teams work collaboratively to provide efficient, professional, and friendly service, ensuring our patients receive the support they need throughout their healthcare journey.
